Calculation information:

• Shipping rates are calculated using two weight categories:

  • Dimensional (volume) weight 

    • Air cargo - Length x Height x Width (inches)/166

    • Sea cargo - Length x Height x Width (inches)/1728

  • Actual (scale) weight - the weight of the package when measured by the scale​

• Air carriers asses the weight based on the one that is greater, hence, Chrisdan Enterprises will charge you based on those assessments

• Note that air cargo has a flat rate of $45 when shipping under 22 lbs to Guyana and $75 when shipping under 25 lbs to all other destinations; above 22 lbs to Guyana and above 25 lbs to all other destinations will be the greater of the two estimated shipping costs computed in the air cargo calculator above

• Sea cargo rates vary by destination and will be the greater of the two estimated shipping costs computed in the sea cargo calculator above

• Note that these are estimated costs, as customer weights and measurements may not always be accurate; Chrisdan Enterprises staff will accurately assess pricing upon pick up or receipt of cargo
